I installed doom3 under my /home/ so I have ~/doom3 and ~/.doom3

Imagine my confusion. Yes, you must copy the keys to the hidden dot-directory, and the paks to the real directory.

Thanks a ton. I wasn't getting an error, it just wouldn't open.

App Inventor is pretty sweet. Much better and easier than I expected. If you have any programming experience, you can instantly start using it without needing to read any documentation.

That was great help. Now when I command ipconfig/all in a terminal I get more than the heading so I can get the MAC for a license. I'm using ubuntu 10-4 with XP in VB. Many thanks Ian.

In case google finds this I'll repeat your info.
First, make sure the virtual machine is not already running. Turn it off if it is.

Next, highlight the WinXP virtual machine within the Sun VirtualBox main screen. Click Settings. Select Network. Change the Adapter Type to Intel PRO/1000 T Server (bunchanumbers) then OK and start the virtual machine.
